Chinn GYN’s New Director of Clinical Operations Has Entered the Chat
We’re so thrilled to welcome Sarah Speer as our new Director of Clinical Operations. Sarah joined us in August and will soon be leading the day-to-day operations at the clinic. As we work toward continuously improving your patient experience, Sarah will be leading the way!
Sarah brings nearly a decade of healthcare experience to our team. Most recently she managed a busy medical practice, leading a team of 45 staff members and 13 clinicians. Prior to that she spent several years in direct patient care as a lead clinical technician.
Her experience includes managing complicated schedules, running clinic audits, developing training programs for new staff, and untangling challenging workflows to make operations run more smoothly.
“I was excited for this opportunity because Chinn GYN has, quite simply, changed my life,” said Sarah. “The idea of being in a position to facilitate that experience for the next woman in need of support is humbling. When I walked through these doors, I was finally heard and in true control of my health for the first time, ever. I want to be part of a clinic that creates a patient experience like this for women, every day.”

Sarah is especially skilled at catching the small pain points that add up over time.
- The wait that runs a little long.
- The call that doesn’t get returned quickly enough.
- The step in a process that never really made sense.
These things can be easy to work around, and even easier to ignore - but the details are exactly what shapes your patient experience, and we want that to be as smooth as possible.
“I am thrilled to be a part of a team where I align so deeply with their values. To be equipped to make changes that undoubtedly impact women's lives every day is truly a gift. Bringing my experience to help lead this team is an opportunity that I didn't know I was waiting for.”
Sarah is a proud mother, leading by example at home as to what strong women can accomplish when choosing to build resilience and lead with kindness. Together with her wonderful, supportive husband, she raises chickens and enjoys the outdoors - particularly anywhere near water.
Welcome Sarah!
